Budget 2023 :

On Wednesday, Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman Presented the Union Budget for FY 2023-24. Many people gave their opinion on the budget. Quality Council of India (QCI) Chairman Shri Jaxay Shah is also express his views.

He said “One of the most balanced budgets I have seen. Focus on Infrastructure, Inclusive Development, Green Growth, Reaching the last mile, Youth Power, Finance Sector, and Unleashing the Potential of untapped India aims to ready the country for its Amrit Kal. On one hand, it seeks growth for every sector, on the other, it gives special attention to the environmental needs of the country. Overall this budget comforts both the industry and the citizens while empowering the women and middle class. This budget announces India’s arrival on the global stage. Congratulations to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman”.

Who is Jaxay Shah?

Shri Jaxay Shah is the Chairman of the Quality Council of India (QCI), an autonomous body of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. He is also the Founder and Chairman Managing Director of the Savvy Group of Companies, a professional construction conglomerate. Furthermore, he is the former Chairman of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), the apex body of private Real Estate developers in India.

As the Chairman of QCI, he is working towards improving the quality of goods and services to help improve the quality of life of India’s 140 crore citizens. Under his leadership, QCI is working in multiple sectors such as healthcare, education, trade & commerce, energy, water, sanitation, etc, and engaging with 50+ central governments, state governments, and public bodies. Additionally, he represents QCI on the board of Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) as a Director (Founding Member).

Under his leadership, CREDAI joined the ‘National Mission of Housing for All’ by launching more than 375 Affordable Housing Projects comprising 250,000 units by CREDAI member developers across the country.
